Owner of Bristol Girl Music/BMI music publishing company, Susan Ladd houses mostly her own material which includes myriads of recorded and released material, Clio nominated commercial jingles and Country Music Hall of Fame Multi- Media presentations.
 
As a songwriter, Susan has had her music recorded by Country, Gospel, Pop and Big Band artists for many years. She  also spent 2 years as a staff songwriter for the late Buddy Killen at famed Sony/ATV/Tree International in Nashville, Tennessee

Susan Ladd's Modeling career in the 70's was interupted by her music career. Before she was lured away she had fully established herself . She was signed with Mary Crosby Agency in San Diego and had a string of successful campaigns:

* Spotland
*  many others

As a Professional Make-Up artist working under the direction of reknowned make-up guru Norma Gerson, Susan has worked for many television production companies and stations: HBO, Flying Productions-London, DNA Productions-LA, Filmhouse Broadcast Media Services, WSM Channel 4, WKDF, Easter Seals, United Methodist Church, American Airlines, Nashville International Airport, Image Makers Productions, Grand Ole Opry and the Jim Owens Studios to name just a few. 

Susan also worked her make-up magic for a host of stars like; Twyla Tharp, EmmyLou Harris, Trisha Yearwood, Kathy Mattea, Brooks & Dunn, Vince Gill, Rocko The Clown, Freckin Brothers, Lyle Lovett, Dionne Warwick, Buddy Killen, Tracey Bird, Lorrie Morgan, Mark Collie, Ricky Van Shelton, Willie Nelson, Waylon Jennings, George Jones, Hank Williams Jr, Kris Kristofferson, Kitty Wells, Rod Steiger, Johnny Cash & Jim Varney
